The DHLCE-S series 3-section electric lifting column is an upgraded and optimized high-performance model derived from the DHLCE series. It adopts premium aluminum alloy housing with anodized surface treatment, delivering outstanding corrosion resistance, wear resistance and weather resistance. Featuring IP54 protection, it meets daily dustproof and waterproof requirements.
The top and bottom mounting covers are made of 10mm thick aluminum plates. With an innovative three-stage telescopic structure, the double-layer aluminum tubes run up and down synchronously. The standard stroke ranges from 300mm to 1200mm, with non-standard customization available. It operates smoothly with ultra-low noise down to 30dB.
Equipped with a DC20~32V wide-voltage Hall encoder motor (max 120W), the unit supports intelligent synchronous control. Combined with high-precision sensors, multiple lifting columns can run synchronously with a positioning accuracy within ±3mm, and arbitrary height positioning within the stroke is supported.
